Raw Vegan Walnut "Meat"

This recipe is a raw vegan way to enjoy your traditional ground meat without the guilt and with a few benefits including being a number one source of plant based Omega-3, along with anti inflammatory properties while healing the gut.

  • Food Processor


  • 3 cups Raw Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos or Tamari Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced.
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mexican Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp Coconut Sugar optional
  • 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Water


  • In a food Processor, add your walnuts, tomato paste, liquid aminos, garlic, salt, Mexican spice. chili powder, cumin, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, coconut sugar, nutritional yeast and water.
  • Pulse for 5 to 6 times, until your walnuts are coarsely ground.
  • Serve with, Tortillas for tacos, or chopped lettuce for taco salad, can also be garnished with Avocado. Black beans, Radish etc. Enjoy


Side note: You can enjoy this as a salad topping or create plant based tacos or burritos with this delicious walnut "meat"
