Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Banana Blossom
  • Avocado Oil for frying

Batter Mixture

  • 1 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chive flakes
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Sparkling water a bit more if needed

Seasoned Flour Mixture

  • 1 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Open and rinse your banana blossoms and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix your batter ingredients together be sure to combine until batter resembles a thinner pancake mix batter, if too thicl and clumpy add more of your sparkling water mix some more and set aside.
  • In another bowl, Mix your dry seasoned flour ingredients.
  • Heat your oil on medium heat in a frying pan.
  • Next, take your banana blossoms, dip them in your batter mixture then carefully coat them with the dry seasoned mixture before frying.
  • Fry for about 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Repeat, until all of your banana blossoms have been cooked. Enjoy.
