Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup  Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Clean Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Smoothie Topping

  • 1 Kiwi Peeled & Sliced
  • 1/2 Banana Peeled & Sliced
  • 3 Strawberries Peeled & Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Yacon Chocolates

Instructions
 

Smoothie

  • To create your smoothie, add all your smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Be sure the smoothie is thick enough to ensure your toppings to stay on top of the smoothie.
  • Pour your smoothie in a cup and set to the side.

Smoothie Topping

  • At this time, you peel and slice your topping ingredients if you haven’t done so yet. Carefully place your fruit, walnuts ,seeds and Yakon drops on top and enjoy.
