Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Canned Chickpeas
  • 3 Pickles Wedges diced
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 pack Nori Chips crushed
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise Soy Free
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Celery Sticks finely diced
  • 1 Carrot finely grated

Instructions
 

  • Dice your pickles, onion, and celery. Set to the side
  • Grate your carrots. Set to the side
  • In a bowl, roughly mash your chickpeas and set to the side.
  • Add your crushed carrots and nori chips, pickles, onion, and celery.
  • Add your seasonings. mix together and enjoy.
