- 2 Canned Chickpeas
- 3 Pickles Wedges diced
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 pack Nori Chips crushed
- 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise Soy Free
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 Celery Sticks finely diced
- 1 Carrot finely grated
- Dice your pickles, onion, and celery. Set to the side
- Grate your carrots. Set to the side
- In a bowl, roughly mash your chickpeas and set to the side.
- Add your crushed carrots and nori chips, pickles, onion, and celery.
- Add your seasonings. mix together and enjoy.
