Chia Seed Porridge

  • 1 cup Chia seeds
  • 3 cups Coconut Milk or Hemp Milk or your choice of plant based milk
  • 2 tbsp Brown Rice or Date Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ Yakon drops.
  • Pinch of Himalayan or Sea Salt

Ingredient Toppings

  • Yakon drops.
  • Sliced banana
  • Slivered almonds


  • Directions
  • Using a medium mixing bowl, add your Chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, Maca powder, blue berries, Yakon drops, syrup and salt. Mix until fully combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before adding your toppings.
