- 1 phone consultation after receiving you’re program. Not lasting more than 15 mins for coaching purposes.
What I need from you to create your TRANSCENDENCE Program:
- Daily schedule Monday through Sunday
- What do you do for a living and how much energy you use at work
- How aggressive you would like to go.
- Height, Weight and Age
- Activity Level. Level 1 2 or 3. 3 being very active.
- Foods that you don’t like to eat. Vegetarian or meat eater.
- If you will be exercises at home or in the gym.
- Current Goals
